OPAL Flagship: structure completed to the top!

On May 4, 2018, the Element leadership team, our contractor, PEAK Construction, and our bank financing team from BMO, celebrated the structural completion of OPAL with a top-up ceremony on the rooftop. We continue to be one of the very few projects in Vancouver that has its construction progressing on time, on budget and to the level of quality that we have promised to our purchasers and renters.
