At OPAL, you’ll enjoy private family dining, barbecue parties, and authentic ethnic cuisine such as steamed live seafood, double boiled soup, daily handmade dim sum, fresh made pasta and pizza, and home-made gelato and sorbetto. Our farm-to-table menus feature wholesome produce from local suppliers and our very own rooftop planters. Be inspired by culinary demonstrations and group classes by our own Executive Chef and our team of talented chefs.

And there’s an open display kitchen where you can be part of the action or enjoy the culinary experience from the the communal table or display counter. Watch our chefs smoke fish and caramelize crème brulée using torches. Customize your salads. Smell the aromas of fresh baked pastries as they come out of our ovens.

Of course, where there’s great food, there is equally excellent beverages that complement. Enjoy wine and scotch tastings, a fruit-and-herb infused water bar, and afternoon High Tea service with delicate pastries made by our pastry chef and loose-leaf teas from around the world.

The Wellness Offerings

In addition to a gym with specialized equipment for balance, strength, flexibility and cardiac endurance, we will also offer more passive, instructor-led classes such as yoga, Tai-Chi and Qi Gong. Our luxury spa delivers natural holistic therapy in our oxygenated, chroma-therapy and aromatherapy environments that emit negative ions. Relax and pamper yourself in our hydrotherapy tub, have a massage or meditate in our infrared Himalayan rock salt sauna, dance and do yoga in our movement studio, then finish off with an experiential rain shower.
